Dermagic ships across Europe from a warehouse in Waterford, Ireland. Every EU country is €9.99 flat, tracked, typically 5–7 days. No minimum order, no shipping tiers, and no customs to pay anywhere inside the EU.
If you have found Dermagic through an American site, a breeder or a grooming forum and you are trying to work out whether you can actually get it where you live — you can. This page covers every country we deliver to, what postage costs, how long it takes, and the honest answer on customs.

European Union — €9.99 flat, 5–7 days
Goods ship from inside the EU customs union, so there is nothing further to pay on arrival. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

Poland is a native-currency market. Polish customers see prices in złoty rather than converted euros, and are charged in PLN — so there is no conversion spread added by your card issuer.
Offshore EU — €45 flat, 7–10 days
Two destinations are inside the EU politically but outside its customs union, and couriers price them accordingly.
| Destination | Shipping | Typical delivery | Note |
|---|---|---|---|
| Malta | €45 | 7–10 days | EU member state, outside the customs union |
| Canary Islands | €45 | 7–10 days | Part of Spain, outside the customs union |
United Kingdom — €45 flat, 7–10 days
Covers Great Britain and Northern Ireland. Orders are priced in euros, so your card issuer converts at their current GBP/EUR rate.
UK orders may be charged import VAT and duty by HMRC on delivery. Those are set by UK customs, collected by the courier, and are not included in the €45 rate. This is a consequence of Brexit rather than anything we control, and we would rather say so plainly than let it arrive as a surprise.
Rest of Europe — €45 flat, 7–10 days
Non-EU European destinations take the worldwide rate. Local VAT and import duty may apply on delivery, set by your own customs authority.
| Country | Shipping | Typical delivery |
|---|---|---|
| Switzerland | €45 | 7–10 days |
| Norway | €45 | 7–10 days |
| Iceland | €45 | 7–10 days |

| Channel Islands (Guernsey, Jersey) | €45 | 7–10 days |

| Gibraltar, Andorra, Monaco, San Marino | €45 | 7–10 days |
| Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Serbia | €45 | 7–10 days |
| Moldova, Ukraine, Turkey | €45 | 7–10 days |
Beyond Europe, the same €45 flat rate reaches the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, the UAE and most of the world. The full list is shown at checkout — if your country is not there, contact us and we will look at it.
Why the products come from Ireland
All Dermagic products are formulated and manufactured in the USA, from US-produced ingredients. Dermagic Europe is the official EU distributor, and we hold stock in Waterford.
That matters more than it sounds. Ordering the same products from an American retailer means transatlantic postage, a customs declaration, import VAT and a duty bill — frequently more than the products cost. Shipping from inside the EU removes all of it for EU customers. You are buying the same authentic range, just without the border.
Tracking your order
Every parcel goes out on a fully tracked DHL Express or UPS service — the carrier is chosen at dispatch based on where it is going.
- You get a tracking email as soon as the parcel leaves the warehouse, with the carrier name and tracking number.
- Track directly at dhl.com or ups.com for current location and estimated delivery date.
- Both carriers require a signature. If you are out, the courier reattempts or leaves a card with pickup instructions.
- If an item on your order is out of stock, we email you with an estimated dispatch date before shipping anything.
Full details, including the return address and who pays return postage, are on the shipping policy and returns and exchanges pages.
What to order first
Because shipping is flat-rate, ordering everything you need in one go costs the same postage as ordering a single item. That makes the starter kit the obvious first order for a dog with a genuine skin problem.
The Skin Essentials System is the first three steps of the Dermagic System in one box — cleanse, treat, and target the broken patches:

Shop on dermagic.eu →At €58.99 it comes in below the €72.97 those three products cost bought separately — a saving of €13.98, just over 19%, before you account for paying postage once instead of three times.
Run the whole protocol rather than a single product. The steps compound: the cleanse is what lets the lotion reach skin through a coat, the lotion clears the yeast and bacterial overgrowth driving the itch, and the salve covers raw or broken skin where lotion would simply be licked away. A half-run protocol is the most common reason an owner concludes it did not work.
For a coat that is regrowing after months of damage, add the fourth step:
